Brij Vatika, a service of ADK Leasing ("we", "us"), operates brijvatika.com, where we offer Vedic consultations by Acharya Brijesh Pareek. This page describes what information we collect, why we need it, and what we do with it.

What we collect

Inquiry form: your name, email, country, timezone, and the topic you want guidance on.
Booking: after payment via Stripe we collect your full name, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, timezone, language preference, and any notes you share — necessary for a Vedic chart reading.
Technical: IP address (hashed), browser user-agent, and basic page analytics.
Payment: Stripe handles payment data. We never see your card details and never store them.

Why we need it

To provide the consultation you booked, confirm your appointment, send session notes afterward, and keep records required by applicable tax and consumer-protection laws.

Who we share it with

Nobody, with these exceptions: Stripe (payment processing), Resend (email delivery), Supabase (database hosting), Cloudflare (website security). Each handles your data only to perform the service we hire them for and is bound by their own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

Booking and consultation records: 7 years (tax requirement). Inquiries that don't convert: 24 months, then deleted. You may request earlier deletion by emailing us (see below), subject to our legal obligations.

Your rights

You can request a copy of what we hold, correct inaccuracies, or ask for deletion at any time. For diaspora clients in the UK/EU/Canada/Australia, applicable local privacy laws (GDPR, PIPEDA, APP) also apply.
