Our refund policy is straightforward and designed to be fair in both directions.
Free reschedule up to 24 hours before your scheduled session. Use the link in your confirmation email, or reply directly to it.

Full refund within 7 days of purchase if no sessions have been held. After the first session, remaining sessions are refundable pro-rata minus a 10% administration fee.
Email hello@brijvatika.com with your booking confirmation number. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, email us first — we'll resolve it quickly. We handle Stripe disputes directly and will respond with full documentation.
